Hollow formed in the fall of 2020 as pandemic-mania slowly started to subside. Bob and Jim first reached out to Mike and Risha, and within a few rehearsals Mark joined to complete the quintet. By June of 2021 we had started booking benefits and festivals, and headlining our own shows by September.

2023 brought some lineup changes with the departure of Jim and Mark and the addition of John Kreitzer on drums. After taking a few months off to retool the band hit the club scene in the spring of 2024 with a new, more focused set that is a mix of rock and pop radio hits from the 70s to today, all wrapped up in 3 or 4 hours of high-energy stage antics! With former members of local acts Stepdown, Fallout, Ampere, Frisbee for Fido, Rampage, Stack of Monkeys, Run Home Jack, Coma Effect, and Mr. Fancy Pants, Hollow brings a unique blend of experience and virtuosity to the stage that we believe will translate well to the audience whether in a club or festival setting.
